Sunday Workshop #1

This August, we hosted our first free Sunday workshop! We're hoping to make these free workshops a regular thing, giving anyone interested in woodworking a chance to try it out and explore the craft.

Wei prepared and led the session, guiding our five guests through making their own little wooden carvings. This time, we made miniature scenes with tiny books stacked into a house, surrounded by trees.

We used both power tools and hand tools to shape the pieces, then finished them with oil. Everyone could arrange the pieces however they liked and glue them together.

Wei was around to help whenever anyone needed a hand.
